Shipping & Returns
All orders ship based on weight, size of box, distance traveled, and other such factors. Our website will calculate real time shipping via USPS, UPS, and DHL. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please Contact Us if you have any questions about a specific item before purchasing.
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. and our EMEA or APAC shipping zone are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
When you place an order, our website will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
If you choose to use a 3rd party delivery company to complete the delivery internationally we are only responsible for the delivery to this company. Beyond that point we cannot track the package, we have no control over the package and we cannot be held responsible for the delivery of said package once it shows delivered and it has been confirmed as delivered to that location. The 3rd party company will have to be the one that is responsible from that point as we have fulfilled our obligations by shipping your package to the location/ destination that you chose for us at checkout. Domestic US orders are only our responsibility until they've left our offices and are in the hands of the USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, etc. Once in the hands of the delivery company we have no control over the package or delivery. Please contact the shipping company to resolve shipping issues, misdelivery issues, etc.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can vary as many of our items are custom made by local artisans. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Our typical turn around time will be 7-10 business days from the day you place your order national holidays and other special occasions excluded per the operating hours of the USPS. Peak seasons, i.e. November-December orders may be delayed even further depending on demand and the ferocity of order placement. We make every attempt to get your products in a timely fashion but we're human, delays do occur that are beyond our control.
Please contact us immediately should you have an issue with any order. You may return most new, unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item purchase price. We do not refund the price of shipping and handling. Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping all returns back to our company.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number and details about the product(s) you would like to return. We will respond within 48-72 business hours with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please contact us immediately should you have an issue or questions with any order. Please include your order number, the name the order was placed under and the email address used. We can generally respond within 48-72 business hours. However, please remember we are a very small family-owned business so we have to stop packing orders to answer emails and chats so those are truly secondary to trying to pack and ship orders ASAP. Sending multiple emails or chats within the 72 hour period will only clog the system and cause further delays so please refrain. Also, we do reserve the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order should you be abusive to our employees and other staff.
